PURPOSE:To facilitate the attachment of a shutter energizing spring together with an accurate attachment position secured and to improve assembling efficiency of a disk cartridge, by providing a flexed part to one of both arms of a twisting coil spring which energizes the shutter to control the arm position within a gap. CONSTITUTION:A twisting coil spring 37 is set into a gap 38 formed between the upper and lower cases 1a and 1b. On of both arms interlocks a part of the case 1a or 1b and the other arm 37b is bent at about 45 to the base part within the gap 38. The arm 37b reaches the inner wall surface of the case 1b from the inner wall surface of the case 1a and is bent again at 45 to extend upward through a flexed part 37c. Therefore the spring 37 contains an arm part set along the inner wall surface of the case 1a and another arm part set along the inner wall of the case 1b. Then the part 37c formed by those arm parts controls the deflection of the arm 37b in the width direction of the gap 38.
