PURPOSE:To radially and uniformly drop and stack the raw materials charged into a blast furnace and to stabilize operation of the furnace by providing plural partition walls in a radial direction of a bell-cup on inside of bell-cup of the bell type raw material charging device of the blast furnace. CONSTITUTION:The bell type device is constituted of a cone type bell 1 and a barrel type bell-cup 2, and in the chamber formed by the bell 1 and bell-cup 2, and in the chamber formed by the bell 1 and bell-cup 2, the raw materials such as ore, coke are supplied and stocked. The bell 1 is lowered at need via a bell shaft 4 to charge the above-mentioned raw materials into the blast furnace through a gap between the bell 1 and the bell-cup 2. In the raw material charging device for the blast furnace top having the above-mentioned bell type charging device, the plural partition walls 3, 3... are provided in radial directions of the bell-cup 2, preferably extending to the outside of the bell 1 from the inside thereof. In this way, raw materials are stocked on the bel 1 without segregation and descended radially and distributed uniformly in the furnace.
