Portable and mobile solar frames for supplying electricity to: videos, pumps, pulverisers. The invention relates to a device for keeping charged batteries fixed to a frame so as to allow self-sufficiency and hence not have to plug into the mains. They consist of a carrier element 4 either mounted on wheels 7, or provided with a harness system for carrying it on the back 5 on which is placed a photovoltaic solar panel 1, one or more batteries 2, with an on/off switch 3 and with either a video socket 20, or with a pump 12 or with a compressor 13 linked to a tank 16. This device grants the user great self-sufficiency and does not necessitate recourse to the mains in order to: film, pump a liquid, or pulverise a product. It is intended above all to operate outdoors. <IMAGE>
