The movable lining 7 is rigidly fastened to a washer 8 comprising pairs of studs 9 which engage in holes 13, 14 of shoes 12 loaded by springs 15 in the direction of the said washer 8. Each shoe is put into place through a slot 10 made in a fixed sleeve 4 with which the ring 1 is combined. The ends of the said shoes 12 are in contact, to within the mounting tolerance, with the longitudinal edges 10a, 10b of the slots 10. <IMAGE>
