The silo-emptying machine according to the invention comprises a transport vessel 1, a movable arm 5 having a first end mounted in an articulated fashion to the transport vessel, a silage removal claw 7 comprising a silage removal plate 8 having an upper end articulated to a second edge of the movable arm 5, and means 9, 10 for displacing the movable arm with respect to the transport vessel and the silage removal plate with respect to the movable arm; it is characterised in that the claw 7 comprises a cutter 100 mounted pivotably about a spindle parallel to a lower edge 11 of the silage removal plate 8 and extending along this edge, and means 12 for adjusting the orientation of the cutter 100 with respect to the silage removal plate 8. <IMAGE>
