PURPOSE:To ensure the 2-way communication performance on a power line carrier and to extend a communication range by constituting the titled amplifier with a 2-way signal block filter, a couple of signal amplifier means and a couple of flags. CONSTITUTION:Suppose that an attenuated signal reaches a power line carrier 2, a flag 53 is set, a signal amplifier means 52 is operated and an amplified signal is sent to a power line carrier line 2' to give an effect on a flag 53' so as not to set the flag 53' thereby suppressing the oscillation because of the signal amplified by the signal amplification means 52' amplified and returned. When a signal on the power line carrier line 2 is lost, the flag 53 is reset, the signal amplifier means 52 is stopped, and the restriction of the flag 53' is released at the same time. The signal on the power line carrier line 2' is amplified similarly and sent to the other line. The signal amplifier means 52, 52' have a limiter function, a weak arrival signal is amplified sufficiently and the amplification factor is decreased for a large arrival signal.
