The present invention relates to a shoe sole or insole with circulation of an incorporated fluid. According to the invention, the lower surface of the sole forms a chamber which can be crushed under the pressure of the foot bearing on the said sole, the said chamber being sub-divided by inclined transverse thin plates 10 whose edge is independent of the deformable plate or sheet 12 closing the said chamber and constituting the lower surface of the sole, this chamber communicating at the front 5 and rear 6 ends of the sole with a chamber produced on the upper surface of the hole and closed in a leaktight manner by a thin plate or sheet 11, the two chambers being filled with a fluid. The invention increases the intensity of the circulation of the fluid and concentrates the flow in contact with the sole of the foot, producing a massage. <IMAGE>
