PURPOSE:To obtain a photosensitive material which is less deteriorated in performance by long-term preservation and is suitable for a quick bleaching or bleach fixing process by incorporating 2 or 3 kinds of the compds. expressed by the formulas therein. CONSTITUTION:This photosensitive material is formed by having at least one photosensitive silver halide emulsion layer on a base, incorporating the compd. expressed by the formula I and/or the formula II therein and further incorporating the compd. expressed by the formula III therein. >=2 kinds of such compds. may be mixed and the total amt. of the compds. to be added is 1X10<-5>-1X10<-2>mol/m<2>. The amt. of the compd. to be added into the processing bath varies with the kind and processing temp. of the photographic material to be processed and the time required for the process, etc., and is 2X10<-4>-1X10<-1>mol/l per 1l processing liquid.
