For a pipeline for delivering moist, plastic material, in particular such material which has a tendency to harden, decompose, set, solidify, precipitate and/or chemically react in the delivery section, a way is to be found of achieving a largely continuous material flow and of reducing peak loads of the pipeline. This is achieved by installing in the pipeline pressure dampers comprising at least one rigid piece of pipe with a flexible inner piece of pipe, the outside diameter of the inner piece of pipe being smaller than the inside diameter of the rigid piece of pipe, so that a finite gap remains.
