Installation for disintegrating, without touching them, concretions within the body of living beings including a shock wave generator (1) and a chamber filled with a liquid, adjacent to the shock wave generator and surrounded by a flexible bellows (2) or similar device. The open rim (2a) of the bellows (2) is provided with a circular open tube (4), of the suction ring type, with an outer and an inner sealing lip (5b) which can be laid on the body (3) of the patient. By applying a negative pressure within the circular tube (4) the desired sealing is obtained without affecting the liquid within the bellows (2).
