PURPOSE:To improve the alignment of a coil, and to facilitate the winding of the coil having no spool, a trapezoid coil, etc. by mounting a pair of rollers, which are arranged at oppositely faced positions, push the coil with an approximately circular section and form a plate-shaped coil, and a spool for winding the plate-shaped coil shaped by a pair of these rollers. CONSTITUTION:The tip of a round wire rod 4b having a circular section is passed among a guide nozzle 7a and rollers 6a, 6b and a guide nozzle 7b, and bound on the outer circumference of a spool 3 and fixed. A motor 1 for turning the spool is operated, and the wire rod 4b is wound gradually on the outer circumference of the spool 3. The molding roller 6a is rotated by the operation of a motor 8 for turning the molding rollers, and continuously crashes the round wire rod 4b, pulling the round wire rod 4b between the roller 6a and the roller 6b, thus molding a flat-type wire 4a. The round wire rod 6b passes through the guide nozzle 7a during that time, and is introduced stably to a predetermined position between a pair of the molding rollers 6a, 6b. The wire rod is molded to a flat type, and passed through the guide nozzle 7b and introduced to the spool 3. |
