PURPOSE:The titled changing and device capable of changing a full bobbin supported by a creel with a small bobbin, by providing a device for changing sliver with two change levers capable of carrying out specific motion in a specific order. CONSTITUTION:In changing the full bobbin 1a supported by the preliminary bobbin hanger 23 with the small bobbin 1c by the bobbin hanger 11 on the front row of a creel by the two change levers 69 and 71 attached to the exchanger 28 for sliver, while the front change lever 71 is rising toward the preliminary bobbin hanger 23, the rear change lever 69 is passed under the front change lever 71, transferred to below the bobbin hanger 11, and raised to support the small bobbin 1c. The small bobbin 1c is put out of the hanger 11, the rear change lever 69 to support it is lowered, passed under the front change lever 71, and transferred to the rear side of it. |
