PURPOSE:To eliminate the unbalance of a computer load by controlling a process to be executed with the computer of respective nodes in accordance with the number of the process where respective computers execute, by a master computer. CONSTITUTION:A network system is composed of a network 5, a file server 5, computers 1-3 and a computer 1 functions as a master computer. Respective computers informs the computer 1 of the execution of the process with a node name and a process name. The computer 1 counts and records the number of the process of respective computers by the information of respective computers. The computer 1 researches the computer having the prescribed number or below of the number of the process to the computer having the prescribed number or above of the number of the process by referring to the recorded number of the process and informs of the changing node name to change the execution of the process. The computer to receive the change information of the node name lets the computer of the node shown by the changing node name execute the processing.
