PURPOSE:To track a mobile body with high accuracy by constituting the titled device so that a feedback beam reflected with a generated light beam by a corner cube is made incident on a separate quadrant 4-split lens through a scanner. CONSTITUTION:A fixed station 10 is constituted of a light beam generating device 110, a scanner 130, a photodetector 170 and a separate quadrant 4-split lens 160, etc. In this state, the light beam emitted from the device 110 is reflected to the mobile body being at the optional position of a three-dimensional space by a scanner 130. The light beam is sent back as a parallel feedback beam by the corner cube of the mobile body, and reflected by the scanner 130 again and made incident on the lens 160. The lens 160 is constituted of partially charged and disposed plastic Fresnel lenses 161-164 at every quadrant, condenses the feedback beam, has a prescribed hole in the center, and projects the beam to the photodetector 170 on which photodetectors 172-175 of the same number as each lens 161-164 are provided to match the focus of the lens. In this way, the detector 170 detects and compares the position shift of the irradiated feedback beam.
