PURPOSE:To provide the titled compsn. which is excellent in both flexibility and rapid-curing property and which comprises a bisphenol A epoxy resin which is solid at room temp. and particular two kinds of curing agents. CONSTITUTION:A bisphenol A epoxy resin (A) which has an epoxy equivalent of 600-1,000 and is solid at room temp. is blended with a linear phenolic resin (B) having at least two phenolic hydroxyl groups which exhibits a softening point of 40-150 deg.C and has an MW of 180-1,000, and 4-N,N- dialkylaminopyridine (C) having 1-5C alkyl (e.g., 4-pyrolidinopyridine) in such amts. as will provide 0.1-0.8 equivalent of the component B per equivalent of the component A and 0.2-2.0pts.wt. component C per 100pts.wt. component A. If necessary, a filler such as silica and a pigment are added thereto, followed by kneading and grinding.
