PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composition excellent in room temperature preservability and curability, comprising a specified polyphenol glycidyl ether and a 4-N,N-dialkylamino-pyridine. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. polyphenol glycidyl ether which is solid at 30 deg.C (e.g., bisphenol A epoxy resin) is mixed with 0.2-2.5pts.wt. 4-N,N- dialkylaminopyridine of the formula (wherein R1-2 are each a 1-5C alkyl) as a curing agent and, optionally, other curing agents, a cure accelerator, a filler, a pigment, a coupling agent, a flow modifier, etc., and the obtained mixture is melt-kneaded and ground.
