PURPOSE:To form fine monodisperse polymer particles having a capability of cleaning suitable as a electrophotographic cleaning aid and antifilming property, by forming a layer of a shell material comprising a specified polymer or copolymer on the surface of a core material comprising a specified copolymer or polymer. CONSTITUTION:This fine monodisperse polymer particle is obtained by forming a layer of the following shell material (B) on the surface of the following core material (A). (A): a copolymer of at least two monomers selected from among an aromatic vinyl compound, an acrylic ester and acrylic acid or at least two polymers each of which is composed of one monomer selected from among said members and (B): a polymer of perfluoroacrylate or a copolymer of perfluoroacrylate with at least one monomer selected from among an aromatic vinyl compound, an acrylic ester and acrylic acid.
