<p>PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of trimming lay-out work and to make the machine smaller in size by calculating the trimming data of an original by an arithmetic and control unit based on a data tablet, an input from an input unit, and the positional data of a reference point stored beforehand on a drum for scanner. CONSTITUTION:The point on the original F corresponding to the specific point P of a projected image I, is assumed to be P', while the reference point on the scanner-scanning drum 31 as (p). As shown by the figure, the original F is attached on the drum 31 as making the point P' be coincident with the reference point (p). As to the inputting of the positional data of the reference point (p), a sheet only is set on the drum 31 beforehand and then, by operating a magnifying glass 33, the positional signal of such as a mark on the sheet is inputted from a rotary encoder 34 and a linear encoder 35 to the arithmetic and control unit 20. When the desired data is inputted, the unit 20 starts operation and calculates the trimming data.</p> |
