PURPOSE:To obtain a picture data with a wide visual field and high resolution only by one lens by providing a reflecting mirror reflecting a measured light from an object collected by a condenser lens into a desired direction and turning the mirror by a reflection mirror turning means. CONSTITUTION:The measured light 12 collected by a condenser lens 10 is fed to a reflection mirror 13, where the light is reflected. Then the reflection mirror 13 is turned in the direction A by a drive motor 14, and when the direction of the reflection of the reflection mirror 13 is directed in the arranging direction of a CCD camera 17a at a time t1 by the drive, the turning is stopped by 66msec from the time t1. Thus, the reflected measured light 16 is fed to the CCD camera 17a. An electric charge charged in each CCD element of the CCD camera 17a is transferred by a synchronizing signal V at a time t2 in this way. Just after the electric charge of the CCD camera 17a is transferred, the reflection mirror 13 is driven by the drive motor 14 and the turning is stopped at a time t3 when the reflection direction reaches the arranging direction of a CCD camera 17b.
