PURPOSE:To prevent a communication control program from becoming communication impossible state by transferring the information from a terminal connected to a host processing device which has become a stop state, to other host processing device which is being operated. CONSTITUTION:When a host processing device 2-1 becomes a stop state, a timer 10-1 becomes an overflow, and a communication means 11-1 executes a program interruption of a fact that a transfer request is not completed yet, to a communication control program. In the communication program 7, an interruption monitoring routine 8 is starts in accordance with the interruption. Its interruption monitoring routine 8 states a host stop control routine 9 when an overflow of the number of times regulated in advance is detected. When a data is received from a terminal 3-1, the host stop processing routine 9 executes a processing so that it is transferred to another host processing device 2-2 which is being operated, and also informs a fact that the host processing device 2-1 is in a stop state, to the terminal 3-1. |
