PURPOSE:To prevent the error of data beforehand by providing a writing frequency counting function, a writing limit life detecting function and a writing area control function. CONSTITUTION:When writing is executed repeatedly to the same special repeating writing memory address,the frequency of writing is counted, and to the memory address area, the frequency of the writing is simultaneously recorded at every time. The frequency of the writing and the limited frequency of the writing are compared, the life of the memory address is detected, when the frequency of the writing is smaller than the limited frequency of the writing, the writing is executed repeatedly to a memory address area, when the frequency of the writing arrives at the limited number of the writing, the writing is prohibited to the memory address, and the limited code to open the unused new repeating writing memory address is written. The second unused repeating writing memory (a) is opened.
