摘要 PURPOSE:To have a linear control characteristic over the wide range of a control voltage by connecting an input signal with a diode bent line circuit to the first input terminal of an arithmetic amplifier and connecting a feedback resistor with a diode bent line circuit to the second input terminal. CONSTITUTION:To the first input terminal of the arithmetic amplifier 1 through an input resistor R0, an input signal ei is applied, and further, to the terminal, a diode bent line circuit 2 including the first electric power source E11 is connected to the terminal. To the second input terminal of the arithmetic amplifier 1, a diode bent line circuit 3 including a feedback resistor R from an arithmetic amplifier output and the second electric power source Ein is connected. In the range where the value of an input signal ei is smaller than a set voltage E11, conduction is not executed to a diode D11, and therefore, the first diode bent line circuit 2 is not operated, and when the set voltage E11 is exceeded, the first diode bent line circuit 2 is selected. Further, the input signal ei is increased, when a set voltage Ein is exceeded, a diode Din is conducted and the second diode bent line circuit 3 is selected.
