PURPOSE:The titled composition, containing a silicone oil and lower alcohol, having a specific viscosity and capable of facilitating the removal of contaminants, e.g. feces, secretions, etc., from the skin or preventing the sticking to the skin and keeping parts around the anus, etc., clean. CONSTITUTION:A cleaning and wiping agent composition, obtained by blending (a) preferably 10-80wt%, based on the total composition, silicone oil, preferably straight-chain or cyclic dimethylsilicone having preferably <=30cs viscosity at 5 deg.C with (b) preferably 10-80wt%, based on the total composition, lower alcohol, preferably ethanol or isopropanol so as to give <=30cs viscosity of the total composition at 5 deg.C, simply and readily usable in evacuation or menstruation capable of removing excrements leaving after wiping with toilet tissue paper, etc., keeping parts around the anus, Private part and axil clean and preventing the deterioration of various symptoms of piles, rash, itching, etc.
