PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of a system by distributing a terminal to a computer in a network system and eliminating the unbalance of the load of the computer. CONSTITUTION:In the network system connecting at least two computers, when a computer 2 is in the full condition, a computer 1 informs the terminal executing no login among terminals 21, 22 and 23 directly connecting to the computer 2 of the fact that the computer connects to a computer 3, and thereafter, the computer 1 mediates between the input from the above-mentioned terminal and the processing of the computer 3. When the computer escapes from the full condition, the above-mentioned terminal is connected to the computer 2 again.
