PURPOSE:To contemplate reduction in the density of a semi-rigid urethane foam and shortening of a curing time, by producing the semi-rigid urethane foam by using a polyether polyol containing a bifunctional polyester polyol in a mold containing a PVC skin material. CONSTITUTION:Component A based on a polyol, a crosslinking agent, water and/or other blowing agents and a catalyst is reacted with component B based on an organic polyisocyanate in a mold wherein a PVC skinning material or a PVC/ABS skin material is provided, to produce an expansion-molded semi- rigid polyurethane foam integral with the PVC skin material or the PVC/ABS skin material. Said polyol is a mixture of 100pts.wt. polyether polyol and 0.2-20 pts.wt. bifunctional polyester polyol. Said polyester polyol includes one which is liquid at 25 deg.C, is bifunctional and has a MW of 300-2,000 per functional group, selected from among polyesters obtained by a usual process. |
