PURPOSE:To distribute a process to the computer having a small number of the executing process by asking and responding propriety of the process execution between computers. CONSTITUTION:A network system is composed of a network 5, a file server 4 and computers 1-3. Respective computers respectively count the number of the process executed. When the number of the process is the prescribed number or above, an REQ signal to request the execution of the process to other computer is transmitted. Other computer, when the number of the process executed by itself is the prescribed number or below to an REQ signal, sends an ACK signal to the computer to transmit the REQ signal. The computer received the ACK signal transfers a process executing command to execute the process to the computer to transmit the ACK signal.
