PURPOSE:To speed up the attenuation of currents in a coil, and to improve the response of control by regenerating energy stored in the coil to a power supply through a diode on the interruption of exciting currents. CONSTITUTION:When DC voltage E is applied to power terminals 4a, 4b and a signal S is transmitted to a terminal 5, transistors 6, 7 are conducted, and currents I flow as shown by a solid line. When the signal S is interrupted, energy stored in a coil 1 is regenerated to the power supply side through diodes 8, 9. Accordingly, the variation of currents I is only limited by the inductance of the coil 1 whether the signal S is applied or interrupted, and the decay time T3 is shortened as in the case with the increase time.
