PURPOSE:To reduce the quantity of oil flowing into a compression chamber and prevent a decrease of volume efficiency by providing a notch opened only at one end on a shaft or a sliding bearing section supporting it and communicating this notch to the oil feed path of the shaft. CONSTITUTION:A compressor section 3 is arranged above a motor section 2 in an enclosed casing 1, and this is constituted of a fixed scroll 4, a rotary scroll 5, an autorotation preventive mechanism 6 and a block 7. A shaft 9 is supported by sliding bearings 10, 11 provided on the block 7 and a frame 8 respectively. In this constitution, a notch 14 is formed at the position of the shaft 9 focing the sliding bearing 10, and the notch 14 is opened on the rotary scroll 5 side. The notch 14 is communicated to the oil feed path 12 of the shaft 9 via a communicating port 24, and the communicating port 24 is provided near the closed end of the notch 14.
