PURPOSE:To improve the convenience to use by providing a corresponding table to show the relation of the same type of pronunciation easy to be used erroneously, changing the original phonogram string to the similar phonogram string, and providing newly the means to refer to a converting dictionary. CONSTITUTION:When the syllable tale not to exist at a Chinese language is assembled, it is checked whether or not the syllable including the pin-in changed by referring to it exists as the syllable of the chinese language, and when the syllable exists, a processing 23 is returned. For example, when to input 'toh' (Chinese character), 'tong' is keyed in by mistake and a converting key is pressed down, the notational convention with the 'tong' as a heading is retrieved and 'toh' (Chinese character) does not exists. Thereafter, continuously, a similar pin-in corresponding table 4b is referred to, 't' having the similar pronunciation included in the 'tong' is replaced with 'd' and it is changed to 'dong.' By the new heading 'dong,' a converting dictionary 4a is retrieved again.
