PURPOSE:To reduce the outflow of lubricating oil to a cooling system by allowing the refrigerant discharged through a discharge hole to flow into the second chamber without releasing it to the first chamber, separating lubricating oil in the second chamber, and feeding the refrigerant to the first chamber then discharging it to the cooling system through a discharge pipe. CONSTITUTION:A discharge chamber 21 and the second chamber 16 formed by a discharge cover 22 covering a discharge hole 8 are communicated with a communicating path 23 to form the first passage 24. The first chamber 15 and the second chamber 16 are communicated with the second passage 25. Furthermore, a discharge pipe 26 is opened on the first chamber 15. Thereby, the refrigerant discharged through the discharge hole 8 and containing lubricating oil flows into the second chamber 16 via the discharge chamber 21 and communicating path 23, and after lubricating oil is separated, the refrigerant flows into the first chamber through the second passage 25 and is discharged to a cooling system through the discharge pipe 26. Accordingly, the outflow of lubricating oil to the cooling system can be reduced, thus seizure, abrasion, etc., of the main body of a machine can be prevented.
