PURPOSE:To enable the delay timing amounts of an ignition signal and a charge start signal to be separately determined irrespective of the duty ratio of an input, by providing four sets of charge/discharge circuits charging and discharging a triangular wave and two sets of FF circuits. CONSTITUTION:A device has the first FF17 performing a binary count in accordance with an input (ignition signal) 11 and the second FF19 accepting the input 11 after it is inverted by an inverter 18. While the device has four sets of charge/discharge circuits having paired analog switches 20, 21;-;26, 27 alternatively turned on and off, for instance, charging a capacitor 28 with a constant current by turning on the switch 20 while discharging an electric charge of the capacitor 28 with a fixed current by turning on the switch 21. And the output of each charge/discharge circuit is compared with voltage in each comparator circuit 29-32, then compared outputs (h), (j), are collated with compared outputs (i), (k) and the output of AND circuits 35, 36, after they are inverted by inverters 33, 34, thus obtaining a delay timing output by fetching in an OR circuit a logical sum of outputs of the AND circuits 35, 36.
