PURPOSE:To obtain a composition which can form a polyurethane elastomer low in a change in hardness at low temperature, by mixing a specified polyol component with a specified polyisocyanate component. CONSTITUTION:A composition comprising a polyol component (A) comprising a castor oil polyol and/or a liquid polydiene polyol (A1) and a polyol (A2) which is a copolymer of tetrahydrofuran with ethylene oxide and/or propylene oxide and has an equivalent of 400-2,000, an organic polyisocyanate component (B) and a catalyst (C). A preferred castor oil polyol is castor oil itself and a preferred liquid polydiene polyol is polybutadiene polyol. The equivalent of (A1) is usually 100-3,000, and the weight ratio of (A1) to (A2) is usually 90:10-5:95.
