PURPOSE:To enhance the utilization efficiency of energy by mixedly injecting steam generated in an exhaust heat recovery equipment on the downstream side into the exhaust gases coming from a gas turbine by means of a steam mixer, and supplying the mixture to an expansion turbine to generate power. CONSTITUTION:Compressed air coming from a combustion air compressor 11 and fuel supplied through a fuel control valve 14a are mixed and burned in a combustor 13, and by the combustion gases a gas turbine 12 is driven, by which the compressor 11 is driven. Then, in a steam mixer 15, steam is mixedly injected into exhaust gases coming out of the gas turbine 12, and an expansion turbine 16 is driven by the exhaust gases coming out of the steam mixer 15 to generate power through a generator 17. And by the exhaust gases coming out of the expansion turbine 16, steam is generated in an exhaust heat recovery equipment 18 and is supplied to the steam mixer 15, and then exhaust gases are exhausted through a stack 26 via a drying apparatus 19.
