PURPOSE:To obtain stable rotating surfaces of a magnetic sheet by supporting a magnetic sheet support member by a device side support member. CONSTITUTION:The magnetic sheet support member has circumferential projections 6a and 6b for magnetic sheet sticking at the outer peripheral edge part of the top and back surfaces and the center side, and a flexible discoid magnetic sheet 7 which is stuck between the projections 6 and 7 in a tension state has a large center hole 7a. Circumferential grooves 8 are formed in the top and back surfaces of the center part of the support member 6 and arranged concentrically with the support member 6. The device side support members 9 are arranged opposite each other on both sides of the center part and circumferential projections 10 are provided to the device side support members 9 while fitted slidably in the circumferential grooves 8. The spindle 11 of the device side penetrates the hole 9a of each device side support member 9 and is inserted into the spindle fitting hole 6c of the magnetic sheet support member 6.
