PURPOSE:To monitor the receiving and transmitting wave forms of various test signals and to facilitate the testing of a subscriber from a terminal by housing video and voice test signal generators and a wave form monitoring device in are device rack, and controlling them from the operating devices of a video terminal. CONSTITUTION:A video test control section 71 and the voice test control sections 72 connected to a console panel 75, an additional channel test control section 73 and a connection control section 74 are provided in the video terminal testing device 7 of the system. The video control section 11 of a video terminal 1, a voice control section 12, an additional channel control section 13 and a connection control section 14 are connected to each the control section 71-74 of the device 7 through an exchange 4 and a subscriber interface 2. Further, a TV camera 111, a monitor 112, a microphone 121 and a loudspeaker 122 are connected to each of control sections 11, 12. Receiving and transmitting wave forms of various test signals are monitored at the device 7 side by operating an operating device 15 connected to the control section 14, and thus, the test from the device 7 is facilitated.
