<p>PURPOSE:To speed up the rise of a word line and to raise a boosted voltage by connecting a switching transistor (TR) to the word-side electrode of the switching TR of a predecoding part and charging parasitic capacity. CONSTITUTION:A switching TR 16 to which a TR 15 whose gate is controlled with a source voltage is connected to the word-side electrode of the switching TR 13 of the predecoding part 2. Then when a word line is selected, a node Q is held at a high level through the TR 16 whose control clock PHIG falls to L. Therefore, a series decoding part 2 and a similar selector part 3 connected thereto are driven substantially in parallel and the parasitic capacity 21 of a word line part 4 is charged speedily. Consequently, the rising of a word line is speeded up and a word line voltage after being boosted is made high.</p> |
