PURPOSE:To offer a method for preparation of laminates and a device for its preparation by gripping the end of supplied material with a movable clamp to move the said material between the core of die and the cavity, also gripping the end of the same with a fixed clamp and reversely revolving the same with nip rolls to put on tension. CONSTITUTION:The end 10 of the skin material 2 is gripped by the movable section 8 by means of the air cylinder 9 of the movable clamp 6. The said air clamp 6 is lowered down between the cavity 13 and the core 14. The margin 10 for gripping the end is gripped by the fixed clamp 15. The movable section 8 is opened, and the movable clamp 6 is raised up to the fixed position by the air cylinder 11. The roll 5A of nip rolls 4 is pushed to the roll 5B by the air cylinder 19. The nip roll 4 is revolved to the direction of raising up the skin material 2 for set time by the torque motor 20. The core 14 is moved to the fixed die plate 21 by the injection molding unit 12, and the skin material 2 is pushed to the core 14 to fit on the cavity 13 and injection molded. Throughout the said process, tension is kept constant. |
