PURPOSE:To fill a granular material in high filling density even a long sized material by placing a hollow stock on a table under the specified conditions and by giving and vibration to the hollow stock in case of filling a granular material in the hollow part of the flux cored wire hollow stock for welding. CONSTITUTION:A patch plate 2 is sealed by welding to the end part at the bottom face side of the hollow stock 1 of long size in which granular material is filled and placed on a table 7 with inclined surface under the conditions shown in the equation. In the equation L: length of hollow stock, d: inner diameter of hollow stock, alpha: inclination (degree). The granular material is then inputted from a hopper 6 and filled inside the hollow stock 1 via a nozzle 3 with giving a rotation and vibration to the hollow stock 1 by driving the roller 4 for rotation.
