<p>This device is principally constituted by the association of four independent parts, one of which 1 constitutes the support for fixing the assembly on the head of a machine for closing the containers. Another part is constituted by a closing wheel 2 connected to the part 1. The third part 3 is a ball bearing disposed between the parts 1 and 2 while the fourth part is a closing cover 4 fixed by screwing onto the first part 1 in such a way that all of the parts are functionally associated with each other. The part 2 which constitutes the closing wheel is intended to rotate freely with respect to the other parts and has, on its lateral surface, an annular concave-curved channel 12 intended to adjust the profile of containers in order to produce the folding and then the closing of the latter.
