PURPOSE:To obtain a sufficient detection output even when the diameter of a magnetic bubble is small by specifying the pattern at the magnetic bubble exist side of a detector pattern. CONSTITUTION:The magnetic bubble exit-side pattern DPO of the detector pattern is made larger in tilt angle than the entrance-side pattern DPI. Therefore, the effective element length of the whole bubble detector becomes longer and the resistance value increases, so that a large detection output is obtained.
