PURPOSE:To easily execute an input and a correction, and to shorten the time by adopting an interactive input (with a graphic serial display function) in case of inputting a data, and executing an automatic calculation of a conversion data related to a variable (center coordinates, an angle, magnification, etc.). CONSTITUTION:A message related to an APT graphic definition is displayed on a display part ST1, and in accordance with its message, data is inputted from a key input part ST2, and by its data, graphic data is derived by a graphic data calculating part ST3, a graphic check is executed by drawing it by a display part ST4 and an interactive input is executed repeatedly by an interactive input part C. Subsequently, the derived data is used as a parameter, and it is converted to a data which has taken a variable (a center coordinate, an angle, and a magnification) into consideration, in an APT subprogram conversion data calculating part ST5. By using this converted data, an APT subprogram into which the variable has been integrated in generated, and outputted from an output part ST6. The outputted program is sent to a storage device I, and stored in a storage medium.
