PURPOSE:To obtain the titled body having a high sensitivity from a visible region to a wavelength of a semiconductor laser and an inexpensive producing cost and easy to produce by incorporating a specific compd. to an electrostatic charge generating layer and an electrostatic charge transfer layer of the titled body respectively. CONSTITUTION:alpha-type titanyl phthalocyanine and a hydrazone compd. shown by formulas I and II respectively are incorporated to the electrostatic charge generating layer and the electrostatic charge transfer layer of the titled body. In the formula, X1-X4 are each Cl or Br, (n), (m) and (l) are each an integer of 0-4, R1 is hydrogen atom, an alkyl, an alkoxy or an amino group or a halogen atom, R2 is hydrogen atom, an alkyl, an aryl or an aralkyl group, R3 is hydrogen atom, an alkyl, an alkoxy or an amino group or a halogen atom. In formula II, (n) is 0 or 1. The compounding amount of the phthalocyanine compd. is 0.05-90wt%, preferably 15-20wt% on the weight basis of the photosensitive layer. The compounding amount of the hydrazone compd. is 10-60wt% on the weight basis of the electrostatic charge transfer layer. If necessary, a binder and a plasticizer are used to the titled body.
