PURPOSE:To prevent a belt from being twisted by bending both the short side parts of a long ring into nearly a V-shape, in the captioned device in which said long ring through which the middle part of a seat belt is inserted, is fastened to a vehicle body at its long side part through a mounting board. CONSTITUTION:The long side part 13a of a nearly elliptical long ring 13 is rolled and fixed to the lower end part of a mounting board 11 which is bolted 15 to a vehicle body B, and a seat belt S is inserted through the long ring 13. A nearly V-shaped bent part 17 is formed on each of both the short side parts 13b, 13b of the long ring 13. This bent part 17 is projected out toward the body B, and the top end of its projected part 19 is nearly brought into contact with the surface of the body B. Thereby, a gap between the body B and the long ring 13 can be set small, preventing the seat belt S from being twisted. |
