PURPOSE:To restrain heat distortion of the casing and to prevent displacement of an axis of a laser beam by forming a flow path of a cooling water for cooling an outer plate on this outer plate adjacent to the case side of a gas duct. CONSTITUTION:On an outer plate 2a adjacent to the case side of a gas duct 2, a flow path 2c of a cooling water for cooling then outer plate 2a is arranged. A laser gas circulates and is heated by discharge of an electrode body 1. The laser gas heated to high temperature passes the inside of an inner plate 2b of the gas duct 2. Then, the heat retained by the laser gas is deprived by a cooling water through a plurality of dissipation plates 2f arranged to project into a gas flow path. As a result, heat distortion of a casing 7 does not occur and displacement of an axis of the emitted laser beam can be prevented. |
