PURPOSE:To bring image information to a movement processing in synchronizing with an input of the image information, by providing a means for moving an area of the image information in synchronizing with a scan synchronizing signal, and storing it in a memory. CONSTITUTION:The titled processor is provided with a scanning data source 1 for generating image data and its synchronizing signal, an operation instructing part 2 being a designating means, an image memory 4 being a memory, and a synchronizing control part 3 being a means for moving an area of image information by synchronizing with the synchronizing signal and storing it in a memory. According to such a constitution, as for the image data which has been inputted by synchronizing with the synchronizing signal, an area which has been instructed by the instructing part 2 is moved by the control part 3 in synchronizing with the synchronizing signal together with an input of the image data, and stored in the memory 4. Thereafter, said data are controlled by a signal from the control part, in a processing circuit 5, the image data processing is executed, and the image data 9 are outputted together with a synchronizing signal 8.
