A gate(2) is made on the right edge of the housing chamber (1). A cover, which has a plasma discharging hole(3), is attached on the gate. One pair of rails (5) is arranged under the chamber(1). A rotating portion(6) consists of a supporting frame(8) and a rotor(8), which rotates around the horizontal shaft multiple wheels(9) assembled under the supporting frame(7) rotate along the rail(5). The rotor(8) is composed of a shaft(10) and a psir of right and left rotating discs(11), which is fixed on the shaft(10). A gear(12) is fixed on the left edge of the shaft(10) and a sprocket wheel(13) on the right. A speed-adjustable notor(18) is used.
