The cylinder contains a water pressure liquid, and the piston seperates the cylinder space into two rooms. A valve device is established on the piston to break out damping force by the damper stroke. An adjusting device is composed of multiple orifice, a shutter, which opens or closes the orifices, and a check valve, which controls the liquid flow in a stroke process. A circular apparatus is made in the piston bar and a guide is assembled with it to enable the shutter rotation. A control bar is connected to th shutter through the piston bar. The orifices are made in the kguide, while some other ones are made between the shutter and the guide.
