PURPOSE:To blow back the excessive foaming particles certainly and promptly, by standing a hollow pipe at the upper part of the foaming particle takeout port of a stock hopper and sending back the excessive foaming particles from the top of the hollow pipe to the stock hopper via the hollow pipe in time of a blow back. CONSTITUTION:When the foaming particles B are filled in a mold 3 and the foam particles B are jammed till to the tip 41 of a filler 4, a compressed air flows back to the foaming particle feeding port 40. The air which flows back is blown back and returned into a hopper 1 via a hose 2 together with the excessive foaming particles (b) staying in the filler 4 and the hose 2. The compressed air erupting from a takeout port 11 and the excessive foaming particles (b) are sent to the upper part in the hopper 1 through a hollow pipe 12 and the excessive foaming particles (b) are returned into the hopper (1) from the top of the pipe 12. |
