PURPOSE:To enable construction of a slope frame with forms for easy transportation or the like, by bending a waterproof plate unit along previously set ruled lines to form the form member of a hollow rectangular cross section, and by injecting concrete into the form member. CONSTITUTION:In the longitudinal direction of the waterproof plate unit 1 of plastics, corrugated cardboard, or the like, ruled lines 2 for bending are set by a press or the like, and the holes 3 of given dimension are bored through one surface at least. At the site of constructing a slope frame, the plate unit 1 is bent along the ruled lines 2 to form a doubled-wall on one surface, thus creating the form member of a hollow rectangular cross section. Then, after the mold member is adequately put together with the face of slope to be set, concrete is injected through the holes 3 to construct the slope frame. As a result, the transportation cost of the form member is reduced, and the problem of storage is settled.
