PURPOSE:To unit is composed of a metric jetter for the paint, an atomizer, a duct for circulating the atomized paint and a feeder for the optical fiber whereby the application efficiency of the paint is improved, the coating layer is readily and uniformly formed in a desired thickness, and the economical efficiency is improved. CONSTITUTION:The objective unit is composed of a metric jetter 2 which has an opening forming the jetter which can spray the atomized paint in an almost straight beam, (2) an atomizer 1 which feeds a certain amount of the atomized paint from the opening 3 and (3) the atomized paint circulator which circulates the paint jetted from the openings 3 in the jetter 2 back to the metric jetter 2 (which consist of sucking recoverer 4, suction blower 8 and air-blower 9) and (4) optical fiber feeder for sending glass fiber at a certain rate (which is composed of feeder 7 and taking-up device 6).
